Samsung Galaxy A13 Details:
Galaxy A13 is a budget phone in Samsung’s Galaxy A series that features a 6.6-inch TFT LCD display with FHD+ resolution and Gorilla Glass 5 protection. It is geared towards photography, as the phone features a 50MP quad-camera setup. Galaxy A13 is powered by Samsung’s own Exynos 850 chipset and it boots on the One UI Core 4. While the 5,000mAh battery supports 15W charging, Samsung does not include a power brick in the box.
Design, Display
The Galaxy A13 comes with a polycarbonate back and Gorilla Glass 5 protection on the front. Over at the back, the device has individual protruding camera lenses. In comparison, its predecessor has a square-shaped cutout. Moreover, the handset is available in four different color options—Blue, Peach, White, and Black.
In terms of display, the Galaxy A13 flaunts a 6.6-inch TFT LCD display with a 60Hz refresh rate and FHD+ resolution. Its Infinity-V notch on top houses a single selfie camera.
Performance
Samsung’s Exynos 850 chipset powers the Galaxy A13. Built on an 8nm process, this chipset brings eight Cortex-A55 cores with clock speeds up to 2GHz. The base variant of the A13 features 3GB RAM and 32GB storage. Likewise, it is also available in 4/64GB and 6/128GB variants.
The Galaxy A13 boots on One UI 4.1 Core based on Android 12 out of the box. The Core version is a stripped-down One UI designer for low-power budget smartphones.
Cameras, Others
Moving on, the Galaxy A13 has a quad-camera setup at the back. This includes a 50MP f/1.8 primary, a 5MP f/2.2 ultra-wide (123° field of view), a 2MP macro, and a 2MP depth sensor. Then there’s an 8MP f/2.2 selfie camera inside the aforementioned notch.
A 5,000mAh battery powers the Galaxy A13. For charging and data transfer, there is a Type-C port at the bottom. The phone supports 15W charging, although a compatible power brick isn’t included inside the box.
