Vivo V23e Overview:
Design and Display
Like with all the V-series smartphones, Vivo V23e focuses on the look and feel of the phone above everything else. It has a glass-back design with thickness ranging between 7.36 and 7.41mm depending on the color variant. The two color options available are Sunshine Coast and Moonlight Shadow.On the front, there is a 6.44-inch FHD+ AMOLED display with a waterdrop notch to house the selfie camera. There’s no high refresh rate support either since this screen refreshes at the standard 60Hz.
Performance and Memory
Under the hood, Vivo V23e packs MediaTek Helio G96. Announced a while back in 2021, it brings minimal upgrades over the Helio G95. This has been paired with 8GB of RAM and 128 or 256GB of storage. The latter can also be expanded by slotting in a microSD card. Also, the phone supports virtual RAM expansion by up to 4GB.
Camera
Over at the back, there is a triple camera setup enclosed inside a rectangular module. The primary camera uses a 64MP f/1.79 sensor with Eye Autofocus (Eye AF) support. Joining it is an 8MP ultrawide and a 2MP macro camera.Upfront, the waterdrop notch houses a 50MP selfie camera with Eye AutoFocus (AF). Users will be able to use it side-by-side with the primary camera, thanks to the Dual Display Video feature.
