Refund and Returns Policy


Thank you for shopping at HloMart. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help. Our policy allows for returns within 7 days of receiving your item. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds after this period.

Eligibility for Return

To qualify for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including:

  • Perishable goods (food, flowers, etc.)
  • Intimate/sanitary goods
  • Hazardous materials
  • Flammable liquids/gases
  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software
  • Some health and personal care items

Partial Refunds

Partial refunds may be issued for:

  • Books with visible use
  • Opened CDs, DVDs, VHS tapes, software, video games, cassette tapes, or vinyl records
  • Any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts not due to our error
  • Any item returned more than 7 days after delivery

The Return Process

  2. Confirmation: Await a return confirmation and instructions from our customer service team.
  3. Packaging: Securely pack the item in its original packaging, ensuring it’s in the same condition as when received. Include all accessories, manuals, and documentation.
  4. Shipping: We will provide a return shipping label or the return address. Attach the label to your package. If you’re responsible for shipping costs, ensure the package is sent via a traceable method.
  5. Drop-off: Take your package to the designated carrier or schedule a pickup, if available.
  6. Notification: We’ll notify you via email once we’ve received and inspected your return, informing you of the approval or rejection of your refund.


Approved refunds will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, recheck your bank account, contact your credit card company, and then your bank. If you’ve done all this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at


We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange, follow the return process and specify that you would like an exchange.


If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’d receive a gift credit upon the return of the item. If the item wasn’t marked as a gift, the refund would go to the gift giver.

Shipping Costs

You are responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

  5. Label and Ship: We will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how to attach it to your package. If a label is not provided, ensure that the return address is clearly written on your package. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for higher value items, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.
  6. Drop Off Your Package: Take your package to the designated shipping carrier’s location or schedule a pickup, if available. Keep a copy of the tracking number for your records.
  7. Await Confirmation: Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will send you an email confirmation and process your refund or exchange according to our policy terms.
