Return Eligibility

  • All returned items must be in new condition and in their original packaging.
  • Returns must be initiated within 30 days of delivery for all products.

Exchanges

  • We accept exchanges for items that are defective, damaged, or incorrect.
  • To request an exchange, please contact our customer support within the return window with your order details.

Return Shipping and Fees

  • If the product you receive is defective or not as described, we will cover all return shipping costs, and you will not be charged any fees.
  • For returns of non-defective products (such as buyer’s remorse, wrong size, or change of mind), the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
  • Additionally, for non-defective returns, a 3% transaction fee will be deducted from the refund amount to cover payment processing and restocking costs.
  • Please ensure returned items are securely packaged and use a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for lost or damaged returns.

Refund Processing

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7 business days.
  • Refunds may take additional time to appear on your account depending on your bank or card issuer.
  • If you have not received your refund within this timeframe, please contact us at support@hlomart.com.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

  1. Contact us at support@hlomart.com within 30 days of delivery.
  2. Provide your order number and reason for return or exchange.
  3. We will provide you with a prepaid return shipping label if the return is due to a defective or incorrect product.
  4. For non-defective returns, you will need to arrange and pay for return shipping.
  5. Ship the item back to us using the instructions provided.

Non-Returnable Items

The following products are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Personal care items (such as undergarments, cosmetics)
  • Downloadable software or digital products
